The Chris "Doc" Thompson Wall of Honor will be a constant reminder to students at North Wilkes High School, the community of North Wilkesboro, Wilkes County and North Carolina of the sacrifices our military forces have made for our freedom in this Great Nation. The wall will feature the military seals and flags of all branches of the military along with engraved names of North Wilkes alumni that have served, retroactively or are now serving in our military forces. One section of the wall will be designated for North Wilkes alumni only and one section will be designated for any veteran or anyone currently serving in the military. The individual does not have to be a graduate of North Wilkes high school to be listed on the wall. We'll add photos here as the wall is constructed.
